Terms of Use
Last updated 24 June 2026
These terms apply to your use of the be/brief website. They are deliberately light: this is a pre-launch marketing site, not the Brief product, so there is no product service agreement here. By using the site you agree to what follows.
The site, as is
The site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or current. Anything describing Brief is forward-looking and may change before launch.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site or its systems;
- submit false information, spam, or automated entries through the request-access form;
- scrape, copy, or republish the site's content for commercial use without permission;
- use the site in any way that breaks an applicable law.
Our content
The name be/brief and Brief, the wordmark, the site design, and the writing published in The Debrief are ours and are protected by intellectual-property law. You may read and share links to the content. You may not reproduce it as your own.
Links
The site may link to third-party sites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and a link is not an endorsement.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes
We may update these terms as the site evolves toward launch. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms. The date above shows when they last changed.
